THE PROGRAMME
This Certified Program is a year-long Ayurveda and health education platform.
It takes place 100% online, other than the graduation day and is easy to integrate into your life.
Classes are held via live-streaming and they're recorded.
Every lecture will be available to watch and re-watch from our easy to use and access online classroom.
The program runs October to September.
You will learn all the basics of Ayurveda, as well as the coaching principles needed to be an effective teacher and Coach of Ayurveda.
This course offers knowledge and practices that have been used for thousands of years to deeply support health and wellbeing - physical, spiritual and mental and emotional.

Scope of Practice
Upon completion of the programme, this wisdom maybe used for personal use and/ or to guide individuals and groups through educational seminars on the principles and practices of the Ayurvedic way of life and self-healing. The emphasis is on education to prevent imbalances and the promotion of wellness on all levels of being, using the modalities and philosophy of Ayurveda and Feminine Form Medicine.
Approaches include nutrition, lifestyle, meditation, psychospiritual approaches, health promoting herbal education, and goal-setting. dharma work.
You will be trained in Ayurvedic principles and assessment tools for the determination of individual's mind/body constitution and to identify imbalance.

Meet with people one-on-one in the capacity of Wellness/lifestyle Coach (with insurance)
Run Ayurveda workshops
Provide education around nutrition, daily routine, seasonal cleansing and rejuvenation, digestive health, meditation, and women's womb wellness
Add ayurvedic wisdom to your current yoga classes, bodywork practice or other healing modalities

"How much time do I need to commit to the training?"
Live Workshops will begin in October and take place on Wednesdays 11.30am - 14.00pm with a break for lunch. All workshops are recorded so you are able to watch them at a time that is more convenient for you however you may miss out on the more interactive activities. We do have break weeks to give you the opportunity to relax and integrate your learning. We also have quarterly online immersion weekends (Saturday - Sunday 10.00am - 12.00pm) where we will explore practical elements of the training together such as coaching skills and ayurvedic cooking. These are also recorded for those people that are unable to attend.
